No, the policy does not cover opened or used products. It only applies to orders with leakage, damage, or missing items.

Q3. Can I return a product if I do not like the fragrance?

No, returns are not accepted based on personal preferences such as fragrance, as perfumes are subjective.

Q4. What should I do if I receive the wrong product?

Please contact customer support within 24 hours of delivery with an unboxing video and images. Our team will verify and assist with a replacement or refund.

Q5. Is an unboxing video compulsory for all claims?

Yes, an unboxing video with original packaging is mandatory for claims related to missing items, damage, leakage, or incorrect products.

Q6. What happens if I miss the 24-hour claim window?

Claims raised after 24 hours of delivery will not be eligible for refund or replacement.

Q7. Can I change my delivery address after placing the order?

Address changes are only possible before dispatch. Once shipped, no modifications can be made.

Q8. Will I receive a full refund for cancelled orders?

A 2.5 percent gateway charge will be deducted. The remaining amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

Q9. What if my prepaid order is returned to the seller?

If a prepaid order is returned after shipping, ₹75 will be deducted and the remaining amount will be refunded.
